[討論] 保送是有什麼不好...
在一篇報導中, 講到春訓時 Devil Rays 怎麼教導年輕球員打擊的方法,
諸如上場打擊時要有計畫, 要保持耐性, 如何在兩好球時仍能有所發揮等等.
咱家 Torii Hunter 的意見是:
Hitting styles vary, and working the count isn't for everyone. "I don't have
time for that," Twins center fielder Torii Hunter said. "I'm more aggressive.
I just hack. If I went up there and was patient, I wouldn't be the guy I am."
我只想問: Are you really satisfied with the way you are, you hacker?
另一篇不相關的報導, 講到 Hunter 的難兄難弟 Jacque Jones 陷入低潮:
"They're trying to walk me, bottom line," Jones said. "They're throwing
everything in off the plate, trying to walk me. They're just not throwing
strikes, and I'm not letting them walk me."
首先, 這些 hacker 是有什麼毛病, 被保送會要你的命嗎？
其次, 投手不給你好球並不是想保送你啊,
是因為你選球太差了, 什麼球都揮, 當然沒人要給你好球打.
