鑒於明天凌晨就要進行今年的選秀了,今年的選秀對於我們很重要啊可能關係到下一個5-10年球隊的中流砥柱因此小弟一時興起就把前面提到關於scouting的文章統整了一下原文在http://www.saberscouting.com/scoutingtutorial/及其相關聯結歡迎大家自行去看以下是摘錄 (說是摘錄,其實很長冏) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 球探最常使用的評分系統是標準20-80量尺,不過有些人會使用類似學校成績的A-F級分, 若是分項評判(individual tools),個位數或是雙位數的評分方式都有人使用, 請注意,以下皆以20-80量尺為主,其是根據大聯盟球員能力做出來的分級方法, 各分數代表的意義如下: 80 outstanding 70 well above average 60 above average 50 average 40 below average 30 well bellow average 20 poor 舉個例子,有時候你會看到某個球員具有"big league arm",這指他臂力為50分, 若是"plus arm"就是60分,"plus plus"則是70分,以此類推, 80分則是極高天份的球員, 基於所有大聯盟球員的能力應該也是一個常態分佈, 所以在接近聯盟平均值附近的球員數會非常多, 因此有時候會使用fringe或soft來表示稍微低或高於平均值的球員,不代表絕對的好壞將球員在各項tool的得分平均後,即是所謂的OFP分數(Overall Future Potential) 這一律使用兩位數的20-80量尺, 而球探可根據他個人對於此球員的判斷再將其分數調高或調低, 進一步得到adjusted OFP (AOFP),此分數是最重要的新秀排名依據, 同時也是我們事後檢驗一名球探眼光良好與否的憑藉一個小聯盟球員通常會具有兩組數字分別來代表他現在跟未來可能的能力值, 因此,隨著球員年齡增長,兩者會越來越靠近 (He still has time!!! ㄎㄎ) 首先,從position player談起, 所謂的5 tools通常指的是hitting, power, speed, defense, and arm 以下是評判各項tool的簡單量化標準 Hitting Ability (以BA判定): .300+ 80 .285-.299 70 .270-.284 60 .255-.269 50 .240-.254 40 .220-.239 30 .219- 20 Power (以HR數量判定): 35+ 80 27-34 70 20-26 60 15-19 50 10-14 40 5-9 30 4- 20 Running speed (以跑到一壘所需秒數判定): 右打左打 4.0- 80 3.9- 80 4.1 70 4.0 70 4.2 60 4.1 60 4.3 50 4.2 50 4.4 40 4.3 40 4.5 30 4.4 30 4.6+ 20 4.5+ 20 一個球員通常必須至少擁有兩項優秀的tools才會被稱為prospect, 而且,除非你是捕手或是二壘及游擊手,否則幾乎不可能只靠著手套就上major(Hu.....) 以下為傳統上針對不同守備位置,各種能力的需求順序 C -Fielding-Arm-Hitting-Power-Speed SS -Fielding-Arm-Hitting-Speed-Power 2B -Hitting-Fielding-Power-Speed-Arm CF -Fielding-Hitting-Speed-Power-Arm 3B -Hitting-Power-Fielding-Arm-Speed RF -Hitting-Power-Arm-Fielding-Speed LF -Hitting-Power-Fielding-Arm-Speed 1B -Hitting-Power-Fielding-Arm-Speed ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 接著,對投手而言,球速是最容易量化的tool(這裡各家會有些微不同) Fastball 96+ 80 94-95 70 92-93 60 89-91 50 86-88 40 83-85 30 82- 20 Average Curveball Velocity is 75-77. Average Slider Velocity 82-84 左投可以把標準減低2 mile (Kuo:沒必要吧??!! ) 除了球速以外,具有優異的變化球也是很重要的當然,最重要的還是控球, 因為如果丟不進好球帶,即使你可以把球丟到火星都沒人會揮棒以下是對於判定pitching prospect ceiling的一些準則: #1 Starter:Two plus pitches, average third pitch, plus-plus command, plus makeup #2 Starter:Two plus pitches, average third pitch, average command, average makeup #3 Starter:One plus pitch, two average pitches, average command, average makeup #4 and #5 starters:Average velocity, consistent breaking ball, average command Closer: One dominant pitch, second plus pitch, plus command, plus-plus makeup!!!! (我不懂makeup指的是什麼,心臟強度? 請板友指教) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 最後,根據AOFP分數,我們可以把球員區分成幾個族群這也是大家常看到的新秀排名裡,那些什麼B,B-,或是C等級其實那是可以對應到20-80量尺的 60-80 AOFP: Group A Pro: Elite frontline starter, Top-5 closer, Superstar, Perennial All-Star and MVP candidate Amateur: Top 5 to 10 picks in the draft 56-59 AOFP: Group B Pro: Solid #3 starter, Solid closer, Sometime All-Star, Solid, Above-Average Everyday Player Amateur: Mid-to-Late 1st and Sandwich round. 52-55 AOFP: Group C Pro: 4th and 5th starters, good set-up men, fringe closers, top situational relievers, average everyday player Amateur: 2nd to 4th rounds 48-51 AOFP: Group D Pro: Average middle and long relievers, solid situational relievers, backup positional players, platoon players Amateur: 5th to 12th rounds 45-47 AOFP: Group E Pro: Up/down roster fillers, most LOOGYs, 25th men, versatile position players or bats with no power/defensive value Amateur: 13th to 20th round 40-44 AOFP : Group F Pro: Organizational Player, will not contribute at major league level Amateur: 20th to 50th round -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.57.234
