Miami Marlins OF Logan Morrison will wear No. 5 this year, making him the
first player in franchise history to wear the number. The organization had
previously retired No. 5 after original team president Carl Barger passed
away, because his favorite player had been Joe DiMaggio. Barger's memory will
now be commemorated with a plaque inside the new ballpark. Morrison wore No.
20 last season.
Carl Barger因為喜歡Joe DiMaggio，所以選用5號做為退休背號，
而LoMo為了紀念父親Tom Morrison，將背號換為5號，因為Tom喜歡George Brett。
