Todd Helton pleads guilty to drunken driving charge
Todd Helton was sentenced to one year of probation, a $400 fine and 24 hours
of community service after he entered a guilty plea Tuesday to "driving while
ability impaired."
Helton was arrested back in February on suspicion of DUI. Prosecutors said
Tuesday that the 39-year-old had a .102 blood alcohol level. "I am very
regretful," Helton said in court. "I have taken measures to ensure it never
happens again."
