The Cleveland Guardians are acquiring Nathaniel Lowe in a trade with the
Cincinnati Reds, sources tell ESPN.

Alejandro Rivera is a 19-year-old starting pitcher who was called up recently
from Rookie Ball to Low-A. MLB Pipeline doesn't have him ranked in the
top-30, and FanGraphs doesn't have him ranked in their top-45.
