"Chelsea makes you hesitate," he told Canal+ last week. "They've won the Champions League and they'll be in it next season." Concerns over playing time at City may also have been a factor in the player's decision, especially given that the Stamford Bridge outfit have already begun overhauling their squad. Hazard said of Chelsea: "They have great players and I always said I wanted to be playing. "I think there is the possibility to play as well."
