Manchester City have snapped up Le Havre midfielder Jules Olivier Ntcham. Ntcham, who also attracted interest from Inter Milan, has penned a four-year deal at the Etihad Stadium. The promising 16-year-old becomes the second starlet to trade Le Havre for Manchester in recent years after Paul Pogba, now of Juventus, joined Manchester United in 2009. Ntcham is highly rated in his homeland and currently captains France’s under-16 side.
