The worrying thing for me about Southampton is that they have a very good manager but I'm not sure about the people who run the club. I just hope they keep faith with Nigel Adkins because he has done a great job. They just need to be more ruthless, which in essence is the difference between being a good Championship team and an average Premier League team. The thing about all teams that come up is that getting something against the top six is a bonus. As for United, Robin van Persie has got his first goal and Shinji Kagawa looks a good player. I don't think they will miss Wayne Rooney at all. Sir Alex Ferguson has been very clever in signing Van Persie in part as a statement that nobody is bigger than the football club.
