Patrice Evra's contract at Manchester United has been extended and the
popular Frenchman's stay at Old Trafford continues into a tenth season.
Evra, who joined United from Monaco in 2006, has made 379 appearances for the
Reds, scoring 10 goals and has also stood in as captain when previous club
skipper Nemanja Vidic was absent through injury.
