16. Jeremy Hermida- OF Flor (1/30/84) I really think Hermida is going to
develop into a Shawn Green-type power hitter. He's a lot like Green in right
field too, with a similarly strong arm and he already has a good idea of the
strike zone. He's a player I could see having a big breakout season this
summer.
26. Scott Olsen- LHP Flor (1/12/84) As far as pure stuff goes, Olsen is right
up there with any lefty in the Minors. His command is coming along, but isn't
quite there yet. He'll open this season in Double A and if all goes like I'm
expecting, I bet he gets a taste of the Majors by year's end.
84. Jason Stokes- 1B Flor (1/23/82) The big time power potential is still
there, but Stokes has fallen into the "all or nothing" category with his
swings.It still looks like he's the future first baseman in Florida, even if
he's not looking like the star the Marlins were hoping for.
