The Mavericks will be without Josh Howard for at least the two remaining games on this trip because of his injured left wrist. Howard had the wrist heavily bandaged on Sunday and will accompany the team to Denver after tonight's game against the Kings. From there, he will go to Dallas on Monday for further examination by Mavericks' physician Dr. T.O. Souryal. "It's not ideal,'' Carlisle said. "It's not good at all. But we've got to adjust. We've had guys step up before and we need it again. Everybody has to be ready.
