According to the Beaumont Enterprise, someone has petitioned for sole custody
if proven to be the father. The petition does not name Dirk Nowitzki, but
does make reference to the petitioner as "D.N.," a resident of Dallas County,
according to court documents obtained by the newspaper. Cristal Taylor's name
is also not listed. But it does list someone with the initials "C.T."
