http://tinyurl.com/7ttva24 Dirk Nowitzki had some great things to say about the state of the Mavericks as he took to the practice court to workout with a few teammates on Thursday. Here's the highlights, particularly as it pertains to Tyson Chandler's likely exodus to another team via free agency and J.J. Barea, who could follow him. "Hopefully, he's going to come back,'' Nowitzki said of Chandler. "If not, we wish him obviously the best of luck. "When Devean George was here, he obviously won it with the Lakers, I saw him hug somebody at half court almost every game and I was like: what are you doing every game hugging somebody? And he said once you win the championship, it's like a bond. It's family forever. It's something that bonds you forever. "And that's the same case here. Tyson is going to be family no matter where he is. And he'll always be close to us.'' As for Barea, Nowitzki knows the Mavericks are in a tough situation. "I think if he gets some good offers, it's going to be tough for us to keep him as well,'' Nowitzki said. "It's tough. He's been great for us, instant offense off the bench. In the Finals, he started and he was a big part of us winning. His improvement in decision making over the years has been fun to be a part of, fun to watch. He's been a friend off the floor. "Like I said, it's not a dream world. In a dream world, you keep everybody and bring in Dwight and CP and Deron next summer. But that's just not how it works in this business.'' Nowitzki also said he's glad he's not in Mark Cuban's shoes having to make these decisions. Business is business 不過讓人感動的是Dirk的這句話 Tyson is going to be family no matter where he is.
