30 Teams Ready For Camp?
Miami Heat: The HEAT are returning the entire squad for a return, this may be
the last go for Pat Riley, a source close to the HEAT says Pat has basically
indicated he’ll take it season by season from here out, saying he has nothing
more to prove in Miami, it just about the ride from here. Word from South Beach
is Riley wants to see if he can repeat with these guys and says the bond they
have all developed is one of the more special things he’s been a part of in
his career, once that bond breaks – its expected Riles will hang them up. The
roster does not have many questions, other than how much wear Dwyane Wade has
taken since the Finals, but an informed source says Dorell Wright is expected
to get the bulk of the work in camp while Wade is expected to be rested
extensively. Look for Udonis Haslem to get more offensive touches this year,
and his reputation as a defender could push Wayne Simien out of the picture or
at least deep into the bench.
