Garnett-less Boston obliterates Miami Haslem and crew got a whiff of Baby all night long What occurred Tuesday night from around the hours of 7 to 10 P.M. was a nightmare or a dream, depending on how you look at it. For Boston, who came in without the heart and soul of Kevin Garnett, it was a dream come true. For Miami, it was an absolute terror, an embarrassment to be a part of the NBA. In fact, if Wade didn’t play in the final quarter and provide some actual offense, a word nobody else on the team comprehends apparently, then this game would have been called due to mercy. A mercy rule should have been developed last night, in honor of Miami laying one of the biggest playoff eggs in recent memory. Miami made Glen “Baby” Davis (23 points, 8 rebounds) look like the reincarnation of Wilt Chamberlain At one point of the game, TNT broadcasters Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith wished for them to switch games (Milwaukee-Atlanta and Portland-Utah were being played on NBA TV).
