[外電] Heat, with the chance of rain

There's some heat in Winnipeg's weather forecast, but also the risk of a lot
of rain.
Environment Canada is still calling for a sizzling high of 32 C Friday, with
winds gusting up to 60 kilometres per hour in the morning. The UV index
should reach 7 or high.
But clouds are expected to arrive in the evening, with a 30% chance of
showers and a low of 15 C overnight.
The normal high for this time of year is 23 C, with a normal low of 10 C.
Saturday should bring a mix of sun and cloud and high of 25 C, followed by a
high of 28 C and 40% chance of showers on Sunday.
Monday looks set for more clouds and a high of 23 C.
