The Dallas Mavericks are looking to add another player to fill their roster
out at 15 players, the NBA maximum.
The Mavericks waived Dominique Jones last week.
“From an organizational standpoint, it’s a move that gives us some
flexibility to the end of the year and we can look at some different guys,”
Rick Carlisle said. “That was the thinking. It was time to make this move.”
Mike Bibby, Baron Davis, Michael Redd, Gilbert Arenas, and Greg Oden are
among the free agents who have yet to sign with a team.
