Spurs win Game 1 going away under sweltering conditions 馬刺在揮汗如雨的情況下拿下了冠軍賽首戰 http://tinyurl.com/pqm5p83 End 1st quarter: Six turnovers aside, the Spurs have been outstanding through one quarter at the AT&T Center. They’re shooting 53 percent with four 3-pointers to take the early six-point lead. Tim Duncan has eight points on 3 for 3 shooting, while Manu Ginobili has nine points — all on 3s — with three assists off the bench. The air conditioning broke during the game, leading temperatures to soar into the high 80s and low 90s. The Spurs didn’t appear impacted, but Miami standout LeBron James had to be carried off with apparent cramps with about four minutes to go. The Spurs took advantage of his absence to hammer Miami down the stretch. Danny Green fueled the run with all of his three 3-pointers and a breakaway dunk. Tim Duncan finished with his 156th playoff double-double, 21 points and 10 rebounds, to climb within one of Magic Johnson’s all-time record. Tony Parker added 19 points and Manu Ginobili had 16. James finished with 25 points in 33 minutes.
