Udoka談愚人節玩笑：我沒想到Grant還演得挺認真的塞爾提克總教練Ime Udoka接受媒體採訪，談到了自己之前與球員Grant Williams的愚人節玩笑。 “Grant likes to talk back, so it wasn’t unexpected that he had something to sa y back,” Udoka said. “我知道Grant喜歡回嘴，但我沒想到他還演得挺認真的。”Udoka在採訪中表示。 “But we started chirping, walked toward each other, and I expected a teammate o r two or a coach to get in the middle, and that would have kind of turned it up from there. “我們開始互嗆了起來，我們慢慢走向彼此。我原以為其他的球員或是助理教練會過來調停，然後我們就會結束這個玩笑。” But nobody got in the way. So we kept going and as people started to think it wa s very serious, we hugged and yelled, ‘April Fools!’ and fooled the whole gym. So it was crazy.” “但結果沒人過來勸我們。所以我們只能繼續演下去，然後大家才開始懷疑是不是真的了，接著我們給了彼此一個擁抱再大喊道，'愚人節快樂。'我們把所有人都騙了，這真的太瘋狂了。” “I almost started laughing a few times because some guys were looking like, ‘O h sh— what’s going on?’ But nobody got their teammate or their coach’s back, so they were gonna let us go,” Udoka said. “I heard later, three or four play ers said they wanted to see Grant get his ass kicked.” “我看到其他人不知所措的表情時，我好幾次都幾乎要笑場了。但他們卻沒人跑來勸架，他們就看著我們把事情鬧大了。我之後聽說，有3到4個球員希望我能好好地教訓一下格蘭特- 威廉姆斯。” Smart confirmed he was one of them.
