這次也因為 Tim Donaghy 說 LAL vs SAC G5 那場比賽有
兩支內鬼操控比賽產生了軒然大波！
Stern 的回應是
"You can watch it, you can look at it again, and you could
see what we call the correct, incorrect and noncall incorrect.
My guess is it won't be pretty, but it won't be dishonest
and it won't be illegal. Of that I assure you."
所以作者就真對了這場比賽的判決做了全場的詳細記錄。
