Kings agree to trade Mike Bibby to Hawks The Kings have agreed in principle to trade Mike Bibby to the Atlanta Hawks for guards Anthony Johnson and Tyronn Lue, forwards Lorenzen Wright and Sheldon Williams, and a 2008 second-round pick. The deal is contingent upon league approval and player physicals. If you need a point guard, pick up Beno Udrih right away. It's possible veterans Johnson and Lue will poach too many of his minutes, but it's worth owning him until we're sure. Feb. 16 - 2:52 pm et Source: Sacramento Bee Kidd-to-Mavs trade still stuck in neutral There is no progress to report on the stalled Jason Kidd trade, but the New York Post says that the Nets have also received offers from the Nuggets and the Cavaliers. The Mavericks trade is hampered by Jerry Stackhouse's "30 days of rest" comment, which could constitute an illegal pre-arrangement. Nets president Rod Thorn denied that such an agreement had been reached, saying, "I'm perfectly willing to take Stackhouse on my team. You can't make deals like that. Those are illegal." Kidd still wants to be traded, the Nets are trying to grant him his wish and there are at least three offers on the table. Stay tuned. Garnett worked out on Friday and Saturday and said that if everything goes well at practice on Monday, he will return to face the Mavericks on Tuesday.
