Luke Ridnour had 10 points, four rebounds, four assists and a two steals before leaving Wednesday's game with a concussion in the fourth quarter. He took an elbow to the nose and concussions can knock players out anywhere from a game or two to a couple weeks. We're guessing his week is over, but should know more on Thursday.
