Bynum's trainer stands by 8-12 week estimate
Andrew Bynum's trainer, Sean Zarzana, is standing by his prognosis that Bynum
will be out eight to 12 weeks.
There has been hope that Bynum could beat that estimate, and it's still
possible that he may, but at this point owners in standard-sized leagues with
good options on the waiver wire will probably want to consider cutting Bynum
loose. Owners with bench space in deeper leagues may want to hang onto Bynum
in hopes that he makes some strides, but for now it appears that the Lakers
center may not come back in time to make a significant regular season
contribution.
