Pacers center Jeff Foster left Saturday's game in the first quarter with a
sore lower back and did not return. This is a regular occurance for Foster,
who will likely be day-to-day going forward. His absence gives Roy Hibbert a
golden opportunity to step up, but if he gets into foul trouble the Pacers
will probably turn to Solomon Jones.
