With No. 1 Kim Clijsters playing against No. 2 Justine Henin-Hardenne in
today’s final of the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, it marks the first time ever
in the tournament’s 26-year history that the world’s top two ranked players
will do battle against one another.
It is also only the fourth time in the last 21 years that we have a world
No. 1 vs. 2 final in a WTA Tour-only event on European soil. The following
