The New York Times Igawa Could Be On Way Up Or Way Out 井川慶可能會升上來, 或是交易出去 By TYLER KEPNER Published: August 11, 2007 CLEVELAND, Aug. 10 — When the Yankees gave $26 million to the Hanshin Tigers last winter to negotiate with Kei Igawa, the deal did not include a money-back guarantee.
