07/21/2008 4:48 PM ET Posada to go on DL; MRI on Tuesday Yanks' catcher to consider season-ending shoulder surgery By Anthony DiComo / MLB.com NEW YORK -- Unwilling to allow their catcher to play through pain any longer, the Yankees placed Jorge Posada on the disabled list Monday.
