Derek Jeter Lists Condo for $20 Million

The Yankees are in first place in the American League East division of Major
League Baseball right now. Maybe that’s making the team captain, Derek
Jeter, feel lucky, because he just put his apartment at Trump World Tower on
the market for $20 million.
Mr. Jeter has owned the condominium, which is near the United Nations, since
2001, when he bought it for $12.6 million. According to the listing, the
apartment has four bedrooms, 5,425 square feet of space, and is on the 88th
floor.
