Yankees' Rodriguez returning Thursday?

New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez(notes) has been on the disabled
list since July 8 and is finally nearing his return, according to MLB.com.
Rodriguez played two games for the Class A Tampa Yankees before playing in a
simulated game against three pitchers Sunday, the site reports. "It's another
good day in the books," said Rodriguez, MLB.com notes. "I'm happy with the
work I've done and I'm looking forward to the next step."
據MLB.com報導，A-Rod自七月八號便進入傷兵名單，但他最近要回來了。
Rodriguez 在一A的Tampa Yankees已經上陣過兩場比賽，之後在週日模擬

Rodriguez is now heading off to play two games for the Triple-A
Scranton/Wilkes Barre Yankees on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is possible,
MLB.com reports, that he'll be back in the Yankees lineup Thursday.
Rodriguez is batting .295 with 13 homers this season.
