[情報] Strasburg in line to start next Tuesday

星期六：牛棚練投
假設以上練習過程中都沒有發生任何身體不適的情況，那麼下星期二小史就會重回球隊
並且登板先發。當然，如果有任何不利的狀況發生就必須延期。
The plan is in place for Nationals starter Stephen Strasburg to be activated
from the 15-day disabled list and pitch next Tuesday in Washington.
Strasburg threw 25 full-effort pitches, mixing in each of his repertoire's
offerings, in the bullpen before the Nats' game Tuesday against the D-backs.
"He feels better," said Lee Kuntz, the club's head trainer, adding that
Strasburg reported no stiffness in his right (throwing) shoulder following
the "light" session.
Strasburg, who was placed on the DL retroactive to July 22, will play catch
on Wednesday, face Nats hitters in a simulated game on Thursday, throw in the
bullpen on Saturday in Los Angeles and -- if all is well at that point --
face the Marlins next Tuesday.
"If there's the slightest something to be cautious about, we'll back off from
that," manager Jim Riggleman said Tuesday. "We're not going to just put him
out there without throwing to some hitters."
Washington could certainly use Strasburg back in its rotation: The rookie
right-hander is 5-2 with a 2.32 ERA through nine Major League starts this
season.
"He's got such a great arm and is such a great challenge to hitters,"
Riggleman added. "He's the guy that, if you're the other club, you're looking
at and you're saying, 'What day is he pitching? Maybe we'll miss him in the
series.' Stuff like that. Every club needs a guy like that."
