By: Joel Brigham The trend I'm starting to notice is that of the six or seven rookies who already look like serious pros, one or two of them tends to have a great week while the rest of them either plateau or taper off during the same time. Rose has seemed much more confident since his three captains came back from injury and his assist numbers are the evidence. In the last seven games he's averaging 8.1 assists a game even though his scoring is down a bit. When he starts pouring them in more consistently and accurately, he'll move back up the list.
