[情報] 美國佬要出手了!!!
話說 Villa 被美國富商收購後幾天
就傳出 Belgravia Group 有意買下新堡
當然牧羊人不會理他
只是目前球會處於多事之秋, 球迷又一直喊 "阿Shep下台..."
於是收購消息又再出現在新堡報章的頭條了 (′～‵")
雖然Shepherd手上的 29% 股份是不會放手了....
不過, 根據專業人士的說法...
(以下為Kingston University 的 Tom Cannon 的說法)
"Freddie Shepherd has enough shares to block the Belgravia Group from taking
the club private, which is what they want to do,"
"He can easily stop them from doing that by refusing to sell his shares and
that might put them and any other potential investors off.
"But the problem is, with the Halls keen to sell and with lots of small share-
holders, Belgravia can easily take their shares beyond the 50% mark and take
control of the club.
"Freddie is, to all intents and purposes, no matter what has been said and
written about him in the past, a supporter of the club. But if Belgravia chose
to take that route, it would put him in an uncomfortable position because he
will be the minority shareholder at a high-profile club and that isn't an
attractive proposition."

這個要補充一下, 除了牧羊大叔有29%股份
還有40.8% 在 Hall家族手上, 成為最大股東
不過已賣出 21.35%...(所以還有 19.45%)
Hall家族還在一直想把手上的股份全賣掉套現 $$
所以美國佬的主意就是買入他們還有一些小股東的股份
然後手握 >50% 後逼使牧羊人把他的小羊全部賣出
唉, 很快又一支英超球會落入外人手中了...../__\
