"I feel Newcastle are not placing too much faith in Michael Owen simply
because we have cover up front and the purchase of Martins proves that.
It's the same with Henry at Arsenal and Rooney at Man Utd, every team
has their star player and without them it will always take something
away from the team. Newcastle will progress next season so long as the
defence is sorted out, we will be a force to be reckoned with once
again!"
