Coppell對於可能即將在Reading v. Newcastle這場比賽復出的Owen
投下信任票，並且相信他將會如同過往一樣的好。
除此之外，他更是大力的稱讚歐文是個天生的射手，並且說了一些砲德
肯定覺得很中聽的話。
Reading manager Steve Coppell believes Michael Owen will emerge from his
injury nightmare as good a player as he was a year ago.
"He does have that goal-scoring gift and has proved that for many years.
The main source of his gift has been his pace and that is the one thing he
and everyone will be looking at more than anything, not only to score goals
but sometimes to avoid trouble.
"Glenn Roeder has been very protective of him and I'm sure if he doesn't
think the time is right he won't use him.
"It hurts every team when you lose your best players and he has been a key
player in recent years.

"He is a proven international goal-scorer at the highest level so until he
