JAMES Milner set a new England Under-21 appearance record as he collected
his 30th cap in Friday's 3-0 win over Montenegro.
Milner, and Toon team-mate Steven Taylor, both played the full 90 minutes
as goals from Nedum Onuoha, Gabriel Agbonlahor and Andrew Surman helped Stuart
Pearce's side get off to a flying start in their qualifying campaign for the
2009 European Championships.
Charles N'Zogbia made his international debut for France U21s as an own goal
gave them a 1-0 victory over Wales in Grenoble.
England face Bulgaria in Sofia on Tuesday while France take on Malta in
Valetta.
