Newcastle have issued a statement backing manager Chris Hughton amid
speculation over his future.
Hughton's deal expires at the end of the season and he has yet to
negotiate a new contract with the Tyneside club, who are ninth in
the Premier League.
"Chris is our manager and will remain our manager,"
"It is our intention to renegotiate his contract at the end of the year."
總之就是最近這一陣子謠言滿天飛,但球隊官方在米老鼠盃被槍手橫掃以後,
發出聲明表示支持大叔,並且說新合約希望在年底開始談判~
看到幾個東北記者都是對這個聲明表示好評 XDDD
大叔算是近幾年來比較受Luke那種敢罵球隊的記者歡迎的主教練...
