A.I. an All-Star, Melo out ... for now By Chris Tomasson, Rocky Mountain News February 1, 2007 Nuggets guard Allen Iverson was named Thursday to his eighth All-Star team, while Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony was snubbed by Western Conference coaches.
