By Steve Buckley Monday, September 10, 2007 Red Sox [team stats] manager Terry Francona finds it amusing that a rough outing by Hideki Okajima [stats] leads to a lot of questions about whether the reliever might be tired. Yet nobody asks about fatigue following those outings in which Okajima has pitched well.
