菲爾普斯菜單吃到你吐 每日1萬2千卡常人的6倍

泳壇傳奇菲爾普斯奧運生涯囊括22金,到底是神還是人?如果說他為游泳而生,那麼後天
的訓練和飲食將是幫助他更強大的要素,根據英國《衛報》報導,他一天攝取約1萬2千大
卡,是常人2000大卡的6倍。
據報導指出,菲爾普斯訓練量超大,為了這次在里約奧運復出,他比其他選手更努力訓練
,將原本快要荒廢的身體,重新調整到巔峰狀態,因此,訓練爆量,熱量補充也不能少,
然而,這份菜單甚至可供給全家人一起共享。
菲爾普斯的早餐,包含麥片粥、3顆雞蛋、生洋蔥、生菜、番茄、牛油和法國麵包,以及5
顆雞蛋煎成的蛋餅,3片蛋黃醬土司,外加3個巧克力煎餅與2杯咖啡。
到了中餐,菲爾普斯要吃下約500公克的紅醬義大利麵,以及2個夾有牛肉、蛋和醬料的大
號總匯三明治,並要喝下4瓶能量飲料。即便他曾表示自己討厭義大利麵,但為了營養還
是硬著頭皮嗑完。
晚餐部分,一大盤通心粉和一份大片番茄佐料披薩,加上4瓶運動飲料或高蛋白飲品,據
了解,有時候菲爾普斯也會吃中式料理作為點心。經過計算,每日攝取約8000到12000卡
之間,非常驚人。
