Outfielder Josh Hart (No. 37) went a little higher than I ranked him (he was 50th on my top 100), as he's a little undersized but does have speed and got stronger this spring to improve his chances to hit in pro ball. Catcher Chance Sisco (No. 61) was a reach in the second round, as I projected him as more of a fourth- or fifth-round talent; he's new to catching but has an average arm and doesn't show great bat control in a swing that does show good rotation. Lefty Stephen Tarpley (No. 98) is athletic and can hit 94 with some spin on his curveball, but the makeup is very questionable, including his departure from USC after one year at the coaches' insistence, according to scouts familiar with the situation.
