But when it has bitten them, it is the point-guard position that has sustained the most injuries and ailments. 魔術本季沒有遭遇到太多傷兵的問題.真要說的話那大概就是控球後衛這個位置不斷地有傷兵的問題發生. Orlando has lost 93 total player games due to illness or injury, with Tony Battie missing 61 of those. 奧蘭多累積有93場因為球員受傷或身體不適而缺席的比賽,其中T.Battie就佔了其中的 61場. Point guards Jameer Nelson, Keyon Dooling and Carlos Arroyo have missed 17 of the other 32 with injuries or illness. Van Gundy unsure on Battie Van Gundy said he hasn't ruled out injured PF Tony Battie making a return, although he says it's a long shot. He underwent surgery for a torn rotator cuff in his left shoulder Oct. 24 and was thought to be out for the season. SVG說他沒有決定受傷的大前鋒T.Battie是否能夠回到球隊,雖然他說這機會不大. 他在去年10月24號動了左肩旋轉肌的手術,當時判斷可能是整季報銷了. Battie has said that if he can start working out by April 1, he could have a shot at coming back for the playoffs. Asked if Battie could play if he proved he was healthy, Van Gundy said, "I could envision possibly doing that. Tony's a smart guy. My mind's open to anything." Gortat, 6-11, 240 pounds, has not played in a game this season, and dressed for just the third time Saturday night. "He's done well," Van Gundy said.
