CHICAGO — Orlando Magic guard J.J. Redick will miss tonight’s game against
the Chicago Bulls because he has a stomach virus, a team spokesman said
moments ago.
Redick’s absence shouldn’t alter the Magic’s starting lineup, which
consists of Jameer Nelson, Vince Carter, Quentin Richardson, Rashard Lewis
and Dwight Howard.
With the Magic down a wing player, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Chris
Duhon and Jason Williams play alongside each other for short stretches. Stan
Van Gundy used that pairing when Vince Carter missed three games because of a
sprained left knee.
