剛好有人擷取幾個重點
1. Elfrid has the tools to be a very, very good defender, but isn't yet.
Needs to work on off-ball stuff. Skiles has been watching Payton work out at
the Magic facility the last two days. He's real quite, going to have to open
up and communicate.
Payton可以成為非常棒的防守者，但上季並沒有展現出來，他無球的防守再增強。
屎改爾這兩天盯著Payton訓練。
另外Payton太自閉，需要打開心防 跟大家麻吉一下。
2. Oladipo is athletic. Oladipo turned the ball over too much (though Skiles
tried to deflect some of that on Payton afterwards). Oladipo needs to improve
decision making. Both have to finish better.
老大運動能力非常好。但太常失誤...(Payton也是...)
老大還需要加強一些場上判斷的選擇...
另外雙衛需要增加上籃的命中率。
3. Vuc is rare, Marc Gasol type of player. Few and far between, but needs to
get better on defense, be more accountable, will never be a 4 BPG player, but
he will improve.
Vuc是類似小Gasol類型的球員，這聯盟中很稀有了，但需要加強防守，然後關鍵時刻
要更有擔當點... (另外什麼是4BPG Player??)
4. The assistant job has been officially offered to Borrego who Skiles gave a
few days to think it over to see if there was a better situation out there
for him. Skiles will wait for Borrego's answer before finalizing any of his
other staff.
會給博美狗幾天時間考慮是否續留當助理教練 傳雷霆有再挖角拉...
He also said he noticed watching tape that we attempted twice last season to
bring up the pace, one at the beginning, one when Borrego took over, and that
we abandoned it because of high turnovers. He said next year we will not
abandon it even if there are turnovers early.
屎蓋爾說他有注意到上季我們有兩度打快速節奏..
一次是季初 一次是剛換博美狗當教練 但都失敗了...
因為他媽的太多失誤........
屎蓋爾表示:下季還是會打快....
即便開季失誤問題還是存在.. 依然不會放棄 這個球風
另外教練團 目前不會異動 會等JB做決定 才會有下一步的改組
