網址:http://tinyurl.com/yal4b5sg 大意 : 魔術在2017選秀選了Jonathan Isaac就是著眼於未來但高層也必須要注意前人(海神)所犯下的錯過去5年用選秀或交易選了很多年輕好手 (Maurice Harkless, Tobias Harris, Andrew Nicholson, Kyle O’Quinn and Victor Oladipo) 他們曾經都是球隊重建的重要拼圖但卻沒有正確地培養開發他們問題點在於(這邊貼原文怕翻錯) Magic’s tendency to give youngsters playing time early in their careers without requiring the youngsters to earn that playing time. 給了那些NBA新鮮人很多上場時間而不是讓他們去爭取上場時間這些將是 Jeff Weltman 和 John Hammond以及教練Frank Vogel的課題魔術早期為了那些年輕小將，把老將交易掉(JJ，火槍兵，J.Nelson) 讓Oladipo,Harkless等太容易得到上場時間 Vucevic也是，他被交易來後，在隊上沒跟人他競爭中鋒的位置 Elfrid Payton也是，當他開始成為隊上的先發時，只有另外一個控衛Luke Ridnour 這阻礙了Payton的發展(版上鞭的很兇...XD) 現在Jeff Weltman 和 John Hammond以及教練Frank Vogel要避免這樣的錯誤 Hammond之前在當公鹿GM時對於Antetokounmpo的發展可以作為魔術的借鏡他們在2013年選了Antetokounmpo，那年他只先發23場，且平均24.6分的上場時間 Isaac在10月才滿20歲，他必須努力發揮他所擁有的天賦他應該會跟隊上的Aaron Gordon與Evan Fournier去競爭先發位置。 (最後一段寫的很好，我怕我翻錯，就直接原文了XD..) “And it’s not one person.
