[情報] 魔術與Weltman及Hammond完成續約

The Orlando Magic have extended the contracts of President Jeff Weltman and
GM John Hammond through the 2025-2026 seasons, sources tell ESPN.
CEO Alex Martins and Weltman negotiated deals, sources said. Ownership is
pleased with the direction of team’s rebuild, including the hiring of coach
Jamhal Mosley and drafting of first-round picks Franz Wagner, Jalen Suggs and
Cole Anthony.

魔術與雙人組延長合約至25-26球季，這次續約可以說是預期中會完成的程序，Weltman
及Hammond如果沒有取得高層的信賴，因該是無法取得重建授權。
而從去年季中開啟重建到2026球季結束共五年半，跟前GM Hennigan的任期約略相當，
這會是雙人組需要展現出重建成果的期限。
