on Friday, but outfielder Mike Cameron declined the team's offer shortly

a one-year deal worth $4 million and incentives and a multiyear offer to
Japanese outfielder Kosuke Fukudome, who could declare his intention to
remain in Japan or choose a Major League team by Monday.
