[情報] Maybin gets another days of rest for right knee
SAN DIEGO -- San Diego center fielder Cameron Maybin was out of the lineup for
the second time in as many days Wednesday, taking off to let his sore right
knee heal.
Maybin hurt himself legging out a grounder on Monday in Arizona and was
diagnosed with patella tendinitis.
San Diego manager Bud Black said Maybin is on the mend, and he was set to take
batting practice before Wednesday's game against the Brewers at PETCO Park
Maybin is hitting .480 in his past six games (12-for-25), and over the course
of the Padres' eight-game road trip, the center fielder hit .414 and had
consecutive four-hit games.
