Groin injury still bothering Nailon
Forward may miss fourth game in row

SEATTLE -- While the makeshift Hornets suffer from growing
pains, their top-scoring forward continues to suffer from
groin pains.
With Baron Davis, Jamaal Magloire and Jamal Mashburn
sidelined, Lee Nailon had emerged as the go-to guy,
averaging 15.7 points per game. But he missed his third
consecutive game at Seattle on Tuesday with a strained
groin. Nailon was supposed to miss games against Golden
State and Utah, but he is questionable for the fourth
game on this road trip tonight.
"I wouldn't call it out," Nailon said of playing tonight.
"I'll wake up in the morning and see how it feels. I'll
get treatment, and I'll have all day to figure it out. I
can't really sleep. Every time I move my leg a certain
way, it hurts."
Coach Byron Scott said he's planning on Nailon returning
Friday against Golden State. And Scott said he expects
Davis, who has a heel injury, to return to practice
Thursday.
LYNCH STARTS AGAIN: Scott had considered starting Bostjan
Nachbar in Nailon's spot Tuesday, but he stuck with George
Lynch, who struggled in the previous two games.
Scott has been pleased with Nachbar's road trip, following
lackluster performances at home. Nachbar scored a career-high
21 at Utah, all in the second half.
"I think he's playing a little harder," Scott said. "I always
look for energy. The thing Danny (Dickau) and Bird (Chris
Andersen) gave us off the bench was that energy, and that's
what you need from guys off the bench. Now that Danny's
starting, you still have to find somebody else."
SMITH NO ALL-STAR: On Tuesday, J.R. Smith was left off the
rookie team for the NBA All-Star Game Feb. 20 in Denver.
His slow start didn't help his cause. In the first 19 games,
Smith averaged 10.2 minutes per game and 2.7 points. In the
next 21, he averaged 27 minutes and 9.2 points.
WHO ARE YOU? Dickau, despite his surge in popularity in New
Orleans, said he sometimes goes unnoticed. And his youthful
look has led to some confusion, too.
"I'm 6-foot tall with shaggy hair," said Dickau, who has
averaged 18.8 points in the past 11 games. "I'll go to the
movies, and they'll ask for my ID (for an R-rated movie)."
Dickau因為他的娃娃臉 再去看限制級電影的時候被要求出示身分證 XD
