◇ Smith, Vroman say everything is OK
J.R. Smith and Jackson Vroman got into a brief scuffle Sunday at practice,
but a day later, both said everything was fine.
“It was just practice stuff,” Smith said. “We’re cool.”
Said Vroman: “What happens on the court, stays on the court. No big deal.”
◇ Higher flying？
Smith said he was excited about Mason joining the team, for a number of
reasons, but mainly because of Mason’s jumping ability.
“He’s the one guy who I can say has more hops than me,” Smith admitted. “
I can’t exactly say that very often.”
