March 30, 2015 TO: CBA Liaoning Hengye Flying Leopard Basketball Club No.5 Hunan 4th Road, Dongling District Shenyang, Liaoning China 110179 ATT: Tian-ju He Ref: Invitation Letter for Summer League To whom it may concern, I, David Booth on behalf of the New Orleans Pelicans would like to invite Tian-ju He a professional basketball player for the Liaoning Hengye Flying Leopard Basketball Club, to be a summer keague participant with our team form July 3nd until July 23nd, 2015. Summer league lacations wi;; begin in New Orleans, Luisana for training on July 3nd thru July 8th. Games will be played in Las Vegas, Nevada from July 11th thru July 32st. I became familiar with Tian-ju He from a recent scout trip to China at the beginning of January. I have observed him on several occasions and think that it would be a great experience for him as a player to be involved with our summer league team.
